La Couronne choisira de poursuivre votre cause par voie de proc\u00e9dure sommaire ou par voie de mise en accusation.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates accus\u00e9 d&#8217;un acte criminel ou d&#8217;une infraction mixte que la Couronne poursuit par voie de mise en accusation, vous avez un choix \u00e0 faire. Vous pouvez choisir d&#8217;avoir votre proc\u00e8s&nbsp;\u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la Cour de justice de l&#8217;Ontario devant un juge,<\/li>\n<li>la Cour sup\u00e9rieure de justice devant un juge, ou<\/li>\n<li>la Cour sup\u00e9rieure de justice devant un juge et un jury.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prendre cette d\u00e9cision est appel\u00e9 faire un choix.
