Parfois, une personne peut demander le statut de r\u00e9sident permanent \u00e0 Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada (IRCC) en se basant sur ce que l’on appelle des \u00ab consid\u00e9rations d’ordre humanitaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ces consid\u00e9rations (ou raisons) peuvent \u00eatre presque tout ce qui pousserait les autres \u00e0 ressentir de la compassion et \u00e0 vouloir vous aider. Par exemple, la personne peut montrer les difficult\u00e9s qu’elle vivrait si elle devait retourner dans son pays d’origine. C’est une consid\u00e9ration d’ordre humanitaire souvent utilis\u00e9e. Elle peut aussi montrer qu’elle est \u00e9tablie au Canada et a fait sa vie ici.<\/p>\n

Une autre consid\u00e9ration importante est de savoir s’il y a un enfant qui serait directement touch\u00e9 si la personne devait retourner dans son pays d’origine.
