Par exemple, il est indiqu\u00e9 qu&#8217;un enfant peut avoir besoin de protection si au moins l&#8217;une des conditions suivantes est vraie :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ils ont subi un pr\u00e9judice physique \u00e0 cause de ce qu&#8217;un parent a fait<\/li>\n<li>ils risquent de subir un pr\u00e9judice physique en raison de ce que fait un parent<\/li>\n<li>ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abus\u00e9s sexuellement par un parent<\/li>\n<li>ils risquent d&#8217;\u00eatre abus\u00e9s sexuellement par un parent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si le tribunal d\u00e9cide qu\u2019un enfant a besoin de protection, il peut rendre une ordonnance qui tient compte de son int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur.
