Une condamnation est un type de peine criminelle qui comprend un casier judiciaire permanent. <\/p>\n

Si un juge ou un jury vous d\u00e9clare coupable d’un crime, le juge d\u00e9cide de votre peine. Le juge peut soit vous condamner, soit vous lib\u00e9rer. <\/p>\n

Mais si vous \u00eates un adolescent de moins de 18 ans<\/strong>, le juge n’a pas le droit de vous condamner. Il ne peut vous donner qu’une peine pour les adolescents<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Si le juge vous condamne<\/strong>, il vous infligera une sanction comme une amende, une probation ou une peine d’emprisonnement. Vous aurez \u00e9galement un casier judiciaire permanent. <\/p>\n

Si le juge vous donne une absolution inconditionnelle<\/strong>, vous n’aurez aucune sanction et aucun casier judiciaire. Vous \u00eates libre. <\/p>\n
