Cela signifie que vos accusations sont trait\u00e9es sans devoir subir un\u00a0proc\u00e8s ni\u00a0plaider\u00a0coupable. Si vous acceptez les\u00a0MEJ, votre affaire est suspendue pendant que vous:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participez\u00a0\u00e0 un programme;<\/li>\n<li>suivez un cours;\u00a0ou<\/li>\n<li>accomplissez\u00a0d&#8217;autres t\u00e2ches en dehors du tribunal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une fois que vous avez termin\u00e9 votre programme, cours ou autres t\u00e2ches, votre affaire sera close.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous acceptez les\u00a0MEJ, vous aurez un dossier d&#8217;adolescent pour 2 mois. Les dossiers MEJ sont beaucoup plus courts que les dossiers\u00a0pour une sanction extrajudiciaire SEJ. Un dossier pour une sanction extrajudiciaire (SEJ) dure 2 ans.<\/p>\n<p>La police peut proposer les\u00a0MEJ avant de vous accuser d&#8217;un crime.
