{"id":1179680,"date":"2019-04-17T16:08:06","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T20:08:06","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-04-17T16:08:06","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T16:08:06","slug":"harc\u00e8lement-0","status":"publish","type":"glossary-term","link":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/glossary\/harc\u00e8lement-0\/","title":{"rendered":"harc\u00e8lement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le harc\u00e8lement peut se faire au moyen de courriels, de documents, de photos, de plaisanteries ou de commentaires, notamment sur&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la race, l\u2019identit\u00e9 sexuelle, l\u2019expression de l\u2019identit\u00e9 sexuelle, le sexe, un handicap, l\u2019orientation sexuelle, la religion ou l\u2019\u00e2ge;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019habillement, la fa\u00e7on de parler ou les pratiques religieuses;<\/li>\n<li>le fait de recevoir de l\u2019aide sociale (dans le contexte du droit du logement);<\/li>\n<li>le casier judiciaire (dans le contexte du droit du travail).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le harc\u00e8lement qui contrevient aux lois sur les droits de la personne constitue une forme de discrimination. Par exemple, il peut s\u2019agir de votre employeur qui vous harc\u00e8le en raison de votre casier judiciaire ou encore d\u2019un propri\u00e9taire qui harc\u00e8le un locataire vivant de l\u2019aide sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Le harc\u00e8lement est \u00e9galement interdit par la l\u00e9gislation sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et par les lois qui prot\u00e8gent les locataires.<\/p>\n<p>Au sens de la loi ontarienne, une personne se livre \u00e0 du harc\u00e8lement lorsqu\u2019elle prof\u00e8re des paroles ou commet&nbsp;des gestes qu\u2019elle sait blessants ou devrait savoir blessants. Ces paroles ou gestes peuvent \u00eatre injurieux, embarrassants, humiliants, d\u00e9gradants ou non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s.
