Une \u00ab mesure de redressement \u00bb se dit d\u2019une ordonnance par laquelle une cour ou un tribunal fait respecter des droits reconnus par la loi ou ordonne la r\u00e9paration de pr\u00e9judices caus\u00e9s par le non-respect de ces droits.<\/p>\n

Par exemple, si un propri\u00e9taire n\u2019effectue pas les r\u00e9parations n\u00e9cessaires, la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re peut rendre une ordonnance pour l\u2019obliger \u00e0 faire ces r\u00e9parations, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le loyer pay\u00e9 par le locataire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les r\u00e9parations soient termin\u00e9es, ou autoriser le locataire \u00e0 d\u00e9m\u00e9nager dans un court d\u00e9lai.<\/p>\n
