La subvention est la partie du loyer qui est pay\u00e9e par un organisme gouvernemental ou un organisme sans but lucratif. Pour que le locataire soit admissible \u00e0 une subvention, le revenu de son m\u00e9nage doit habituellement \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 un certain seuil.
