En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ce droit d\u00e9coule d\u2019une entente conclue entre le locataire et le locateur. Cette entente peut s\u2019appeler une \u00ab\u00a0convention de location\u00a0\u00bb, un \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"\/fr\/glossary\/bail\">bail<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb ou un \u00ab\u00a0contrat de location\u00a0\u00bb.
