La plupart des villes de l\u2019Ontario, par&nbsp;exemple, ont un r\u00e8glement sur les normes fonci\u00e8res qui stipule que les \u00e9difices doivent \u00eatre bien entretenus. Les locataires peuvent exiger que leur propri\u00e9taire respecte ces normes. Certains r\u00e8glements municipaux peuvent pr\u00e9ciser le nombre de personnes autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 vivre dans un m\u00eame appartement, en fonction de sa taille.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes morales (soci\u00e9t\u00e9s) disposent \u00e9galement de r\u00e8glements.
