Cette obligation est appel\u00e9e, dans le jargon juridique, le devoir d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/glossary\/adaptation\">adaptation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs ne sont toutefois pas tenus de prendre de telles mesures s\u2019ils sont capables de prouver qu\u2019ils ne peuvent le faire sans subir eux-m\u00eames un pr\u00e9judice injustifi\u00e9. Ce pr\u00e9judice peut, par&nbsp;exemple, \u00eatre la somme \u00e0 d\u00e9bourser pour prendre la mesure ou ses r\u00e9percussions sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des autres travailleurs.
