L\u2019arbitre est habituellement un avocat, mais les personnes qui ne sont pas avocates de profession peuvent devenir arbitres en suivant une formation sp\u00e9ciale en droit de la famille. Si votre partenaire et vous n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 vous entendre, l\u2019arbitre prend une d\u00e9cision pour trancher vos litiges.
