Le Bureau des obligations familiales (BOF) est un organisme gouvernemental charg\u00e9 d\u2019assurer le paiement des aliments pour les enfants et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du conjoint en collectant les aliments directement du payeur, en consignant les montants et en les versant \u00e0 la personne qui y a droit.<\/p>\n

Si votre partenaire omet des paiements, le BOF<\/a> peut prendre des mesures pour le forcer \u00e0 payer les aliments prescrits dans l\u2019ordonnance judiciaire ou l\u2019accord de s\u00e9paration.
