Le propri\u00e9taire de la maison est un locataire r\u00e9sidentiel qui paie un loyer pour le terrain. Celui-ci pourrait aussi avoir \u00e0 payer pour les aires et les services partag\u00e9s, comme les installations r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives ou le service de d\u00e9neigement.
