Une information ou une communication privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e ne peut pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e ou communiqu\u00e9e au tribunal, ni \u00eatre divulgu\u00e9e \u00e0 qui que ce soit \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur du tribunal sans que la partie qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du privil\u00e8ge ait donn\u00e9 son autorisation au pr\u00e9alable.
