Elle signifie que le tribunal vous d\u00e9clare <strong>coupable,<\/strong> mais a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de laisser votre casier judiciaire vierge. Vous serez toutefois assujetti \u00e0 une <a href=\"\/fr\/glossary\/probation-0\">probation<\/a> pouvant durer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 3 ans. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, vous devrez respecter certaines conditions, faute de quoi vous pourriez voir votre condamnation inscrite \u00e0 votre casier judiciaire ou votre peine alourdie, ou \u00eatre accus\u00e9 d&#8217;une nouvelle infraction criminelle. Quant \u00e0 la peine, il s&#8217;agit de la sanction que le tribunal vous impose apr\u00e8s vous avoir d\u00e9clar\u00e9 coupable.
