Par exemple, une partie peut \u00eatre une personne, un groupe de 2 personnes ou plus, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou une organisation gouvernementale comme un fournisseur de logements subventionn\u00e9s municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des affaires de droit du logement, le propri\u00e9taire et le locataire sont parties, mais les enfants mineurs du locataire ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas parties.
