Il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019un m\u00e9decin, d\u2019un infirmier, d\u2019un th\u00e9rapeute ou d\u2019un conseiller. Cette personne doit avoir un permis d\u2019exercer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains fournisseurs de soins peuvent d\u00e9cider si une personne est mentalement capable de prendre des d\u00e9cisions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un \u00e9tablissement psychiatrique, seul un m\u00e9decin peut se prononcer sur la capacit\u00e9 mentale.
