On vous explique aussi comment les remettre au tribunal.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c0 qui s&#8217;adresse ce parcours guid\u00e9?<\/h3>\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser ce parcours pour vous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 votre conf\u00e9rence en vue d&#8217;un r\u00e8glement amiable.<\/p>\n<h3>De quoi avez-vous besoin?<\/h3>\n<p>Vous aurez besoin de ce qui suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre dossier continu;<\/li>\n<li>les dates de naissance, les noms et d&#8217;autres renseignements sur vous et sur votre conjoint, votre partenaire ou l&#8217;autre parent de votre enfant;<\/li>\n<li>les dates de naissance, les noms et d&#8217;autres renseignements sur vos enfants, si vous en avez;<\/li>\n<li>votre date de mariage (si vous \u00eates mari\u00e9);<\/li>\n<li>s&#8217;il est question d&#8217;une pension alimentaire pour enfants ou d&#8217;une pension alimentaire du conjoint, l&#8217;information sur votre revenu et sur celui de votre conjoint, de votre partenaire ou de l&#8217;autre parent de votre enfant;<\/li>\n<li>s&#8217;il est question de la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9cisionnelle \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard des enfants ou d&#8217;un temps parental, l&#8217;horaire de vos enfants et l&#8217;information sur vos arrangements parentaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Utiliser le parcours<\/h3>\n<p>Il faut pr\u00e9voir entre moins d&#8217;une heure et quatre heures ou plus pour terminer le parcours, selon votre situation et ce que vous demandez au tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Cela peut prendre moins de temps si tous vos documents sont pr\u00eats quand vous commencez. Le parcours est divis\u00e9 en \u00e9tapes. Au d\u00e9but de chaque \u00e9tape, on vous donne la <strong>liste des renseignements <\/strong>dont vous avez besoin pour continuer le parcours.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez cr\u00e9er un compte ou utiliser le parcours en tant qu&#8217;invit\u00e9. Si vous d\u00e9cidez de ne pas cr\u00e9er de compte, le syst\u00e8me fermera la session automatiquement au bout de 1 heure d&#8217;inactivit\u00e9. Vous devez cr\u00e9er un compte pour pouvoir sauvegarder vos renseignements dans le syst\u00e8me ou utiliser les autres parcours.<\/p>\n<p>Toute information personnelle que vous inscrivez dans le parcours est confidentielle. CLEO ne divulguera pas vos informations personnelles \u00e0 une tierce\u00a0partie \u00e0 moins que vous lui donniez express\u00e9ment instruction de le faire.
