Outre la r\u00e9vision des termes parentaux et la d\u00e9finition de la violence familiale, les changements mettent l&#8217;accent sur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&#8217;exigence pour des conjoints d&#8217;envisager le recours \u00e0 un mode alternatif de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends ou un processus de r\u00e9solution des diff\u00e9rends familiaux pour r\u00e9soudre leurs litiges \u00e0 l&#8217;amiable<\/li>\n<li>la prise en compte de l&#8217;explicitation du crit\u00e8re de l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;enfant par les tribunaux<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;obligation pour un parent de donner un avis avant de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager avec son enfant, lorsqu&#8217;il y a une ordonnance judiciaire relative \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les formules judiciaires de la Cour de la famille de l&#8217;Ontario ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9es pour int\u00e9grer ces modifications. Les personnes qui s&#8217;adressent au tribunal <strong>doivent<\/strong> utiliser les <a href=\"http:\/\/ontariocourtforms.on.ca\/fr\/family-law-rules-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nouvelles formules<\/a> \u00e0 compter du 1er mars. Les anciennes formules ne seront plus accept\u00e9es apr\u00e8s cette date.
