{"id":1282216,"date":"2026-09-24T10:08:35","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T14:08:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/?post_type=post&#038;p=1282216"},"modified":"2026-09-24T15:50:36","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T19:50:36","slug":"mise-a-jour-des-renseignements-sur-le-parrainage-dun-membre-de-la-famille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/news\/mise-a-jour-des-renseignements-sur-le-parrainage-dun-membre-de-la-famille\/","title":{"rendered":"Mise \u00e0 jour des renseignements sur le parrainage d\u2019un membre de la famille"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justice pas-\u00e0-pas a mis \u00e0 jour ses renseignements relatifs au <a href=\"https:\/\/outreach.cleo.on.ca\/en\/civicrm\/mailing\/url\/?u=18988&amp;qid=4875233\">parrainage de membres de la famille<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une personne ne peut pas parrainer quelqu\u2019un qui faisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de sa famille au moment o\u00f9 elle a demand\u00e9 ou obtenu la r\u00e9sidence permanente si elle n\u2019a pas d\u00e9clar\u00e9 cette personne \u00e0 Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada (IRCC) avant de devenir r\u00e9sidente permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IRCC appliquait une politique selon laquelle cette r\u00e8gle n\u2019\u00e9tait pas impos\u00e9e \u00e0 certaines personnes.
