Mais il arrive qu&#8217;un parent emp\u00eache un grand-parent de voir ses petits-enfants, par exemple&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration ou un divorce;<\/li>\n<li>apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l&#8217;autre parent;<\/li>\n<li>quand il n&#8217;a pas une bonne relation avec la grand-m\u00e8re ou le grand-p\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En tant que grand-parent, vous pouvez vous adresser au tribunal pour demander une ordonnance de contact, ce qui vous permettra de passer du temps avec vos petits-enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Le juge utilisera un crit\u00e8re juridique appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;enfant&nbsp;\u00bb pour d\u00e9terminer si vous pouvez voir vos petits-enfants et \u00e0 quelles conditions. Le facteur le plus important du crit\u00e8re d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur est la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre physique, affectif et psychologique des enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Le juge examinera aussi la relation que vous avez avec les enfants et cherchera \u00e0 savoir pourquoi le parent ne veut pas que vous ayez des contacts avec eux. Il regardera, par exemple, si&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous agissez dans l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de vos petits-enfants;<\/li>\n<li>vos demandes de contact sont d\u00e9raisonnables;<\/li>\n<li>vous avez une relation solide et positive avec vos petits-enfants;<\/li>\n<li>vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 leur fournisseur de soins;<\/li>\n<li>ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 habit\u00e9 avec vous;<\/li>\n<li>vous jouerez un r\u00f4le positif dans leur vie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous et le parent n&#8217;arrivez pas \u00e0 vous entendre, il est important que vous teniez les enfants \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cart du conflit.
