Si c&#8217;est le cas, voici quelques mesures pour \u00e9viter d&#8217;avoir \u00e0 payer des mois de loyer suppl\u00e9mentaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>entendez-vous avec votre propri\u00e9taire\u00a0pour mettre fin \u00e0 votre location;<\/li>\n<li>trouvez un nouveau locataire pour vous remplacer (c\u00e9dez votre bail ou <span class=\"glossary\">sous-louez<\/span> votre logement);<\/li>\n<li>remettez un avis \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire\u00a0s&#8217;il refuse de vous laisser c\u00e9der votre logement;<\/li>\n<li>demandez \u00e0 la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI) de mettre fin \u00e0 votre location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi quitter votre logement plus rapidement s&#8217;il n&#8217;est plus possible d&#8217;y vivre pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons, par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou votre sant\u00e9 sont gravement menac\u00e9es;<\/li>\n<li>votre logement est devenu impropre \u00e0 l&#8217;habitation parce que votre <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/qui-doit-soccuper-des-r\u00e9parations-et-de-lentretien\/\">propri\u00e9taire refuse de faire des travaux<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>votre propri\u00e9taire\u00a0vous harc\u00e8le.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans ces situations, d\u00e9posez une requ\u00eate de r\u00e9siliation de votre location \u00e0 la CLI.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","legal-topic":[42148,42374,42375],"class_list":["post-1171441","questions","type-questions","status-publish","hentry","legal-topic-housing-law","legal-topic-moving-out","legal-topic-getting-out-lease-or-rental-agreement"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.9 (Yoast SEO v23.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Comment puis-je r\u00e9silier ma convention de location?
