Comment puis-je obtenir une ordonnance restrictive?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Bureau des obligations familiales (BOF) est un organisme gouvernemental charg\u00e9 d&#8217;assurer le paiement des pensions alimentaires pour\u00a0enfants et <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1179858\">pour le conjoint<\/span>. <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/family-responsibility-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le BOF<\/a> assure le paiement des pensions alimentaires indiqu\u00e9es dans\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une ordonnance judiciaire;<\/li>\n<li>un accord de s\u00e9paration ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au tribunal et enregistr\u00e9 au BOF aux fins d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous omettez des paiements, le BOF peut notamment demander au registrateur des v\u00e9hicules automobiles de suspendre votre permis de conduire.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous conduisez avec un permis suspendu et qu&#8217;on vous arr\u00eate, la police peut mettre votre v\u00e9hicule en fourri\u00e8re pendant sept jours, et d&#8217;autres sanctions peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le BOF vous envoie par la poste un premier avis de suspension du permis de conduire. Votre permis de conduire sera suspendu <strong>30\u00a0jours <\/strong>apr\u00e8s la date mentionn\u00e9e dans l&#8217;avis. Pour mettre fin \u00e0 la suspension, vous pouvez soit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>communiquer avec le BOF afin de payer votre arri\u00e9r\u00e9, ce qui signifie verser tous les paiements de pensions alimentaires dues;<\/li>\n<li>communiquer avec le BOF afin d&#8217;\u00e9laborer un <strong>plan de paiement volontaire<\/strong>, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire un calendrier de paiement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 vos moyens.
