{"id":1171739,"date":"2018-06-22T10:39:25","date_gmt":"2018-06-22T14:39:25","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2026-01-29T14:54:59","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T19:54:59","slug":"comment-puis-je-porter-plainte-au-ministere-des-services","status":"publish","type":"questions","link":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/comment-puis-je-porter-plainte-au-ministere-des-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment puis-je porter plainte au minist\u00e8re des Services au public et aux entreprises?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/loi-de-2002-sur-la-protection-du-consommateur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loi sur la protection du consommateur<\/a> de l&#8217;Ontario comporte des r\u00e8gles et des lois pour prot\u00e9ger les consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez porter plainte au <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/minist-re-des-services-gouvernementaux-et-des-services-aux-consommateurs-de-l-ontario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minist\u00e8re des Services au public et aux entreprises<\/a> si les types de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s suivants ne respectent pas les r\u00e8gles \u00e9tablies :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/jai-un-probleme-avec-quelque-chose-que-jai-achete-a-un-vendeur-itinerant\/\">vendeur itin\u00e9rant<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>agence de renseignements sur le consommateur;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/jai-embauch\u00e9-une-agence-de-redressement-de-cr\u00e9dit-et-jai-des\/\">agence de redressement de cr\u00e9dit<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/puis-je-annuler-lentente-que-jai-sign\u00e9e-avec-une-entreprise-de\/\">entreprise de r\u00e8glement de dette<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/jaimerais-obtenir-un-pret-sur-salaire-que-devrais-je\/\">entreprise de pr\u00eat sur salaire<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/legal-topic\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/collection-agencies\/\">agence de recouvrement<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez vous plaindre d&#8217;un bien ou d&#8217;un service que vous avez achet\u00e9 dans un magasin, <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/jai-pass%C3%A9-une-commande-en-ligne-puis-je-lannuler-ou\/\">en ligne<\/a>, par <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/jai-pass%C3%A9-une-commande-par-la-poste-puis-je-lannuler-ou-%C3%AAtre\/\">la poste<\/a> ou par <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/debt-and-consumer-rights\/jai-pass%C3%A9-une-commande-par-t%C3%A9l%C3%A9phone-puis-je-lannuler-ou-%C3%AAtre\/\">t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le Minist\u00e8re examinera votre plainte et d\u00e9cidera quoi faire en fonction des faits et des preuves dans votre cas. Par exemple, pour les plaintes moins graves, le Minist\u00e8re peut essayer la m\u00e9diation pour vous amener, vous et l&#8217;entreprise, \u00e0 conclure une entente qui respecte les r\u00e8gles. Ou s&#8217;il croit que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a enfreint la loi, il pourrait engager des poursuites.<\/p>\n<p>Si le Minist\u00e8re ne peut pas vous aider, il essaiera de trouver un organisme ou un bureau gouvernemental qui pourrait \u00eatre en mesure d&#8217;aider. Vous pouvez aussi envisager de <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/tribunals-and-courts\/comment-puis-je-intenter-une-poursuite-devant-la-cour-des-petites\/\">poursuivre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour des petites cr\u00e9ances.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Contrats \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/h3>\n<p>Les d\u00e9taillants d\u2019\u00e9nergie sont des entreprises qui proposent des contrats d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou de gaz naturel.
