Le cannabis est aussi appel\u00e9 l\u2019herbe ou\u00a0la marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>Les lois provinciales et f\u00e9d\u00e9rales d\u00e9finissent\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>comment le cannabis peut \u00eatre achet\u00e9 et vendu;<\/li>\n<li>o\u00f9 le cannabis peut \u00eatre achet\u00e9, vendu et cultiv\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>qui peut acheter, vendre et cultiver du cannabis;<\/li>\n<li>qui peut poss\u00e9der et fumer du cannabis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En Ontario, vous devez avoir <strong>au moins 19 ans<\/strong> pour acheter, poss\u00e9der, utiliser et faire pousser du cannabis. C&#8217;est la m\u00eame condition d&#8217;\u00e2ge que pour l&#8217;alcool et le tabac.<\/p>\n<p>Vous ne pouvez acheter du cannabis r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif que sur le site en ligne de la <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/soci-t-ontairienne-du-cannabis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ontarienne du cannabis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement faire pousser jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 4 plantes de cannabis par m\u00e9nage en utilisant des graines achet\u00e9es \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ontarienne du cannabis (SOC).<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement obtenir le\u00a0cannabis d&#8217;une autre personne \u00e0 condition\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>que vous ayez tous les deux plus de 19 ans ;<\/li>\n<li>qu&#8217;il soit s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et de moins de 30 grammes ;<\/li>\n<li>que vous l&#8217;ayez achet\u00e9 \u00e0 la SOC ou l\u2019ayez cultiv\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison \u00e0 l\u2019aide de graines achet\u00e9es \u00e0 la SOC et dans la mesure o\u00f9 vous n\u2019avez pas plus de 4 plantes de cannabis;<\/li>\n<li>que vous n&#8217;ayez pas donn\u00e9 d&#8217;argent pour cela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est ill\u00e9gal de se procurer du cannabis autrement.<\/p>\n<p>Avant les nouvelles lois, il \u00e9tait ill\u00e9gal de poss\u00e9der ou d&#8217;utiliser du cannabis \u00e0 des fins r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives. La seule exception \u00e9tait le cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique ou m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<h3>Le cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique<\/h3>\n<p>Le cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique est prescrit par un m\u00e9decin pour traiter un\u00a0probl\u00e8me\u00a0de sant\u00e9. Diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e8gles s&#8217;appliquent au cannabis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<h3>Les voyages<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous voyagez \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du Canada, vous devez respecter les lois de la province et de la municipalit\u00e9 dans lesquelles vous vous trouvez. Par exemple, chaque province a des exigences diff\u00e9rentes en ce qui concerne l&#8217;\u00e2ge de fumer et de consommer du cannabis.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous voyagez \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du Canada, il est ill\u00e9gal de prendre, au-del\u00e0\u00a0des fronti\u00e8res internationales, du cannabis \u00e0 des fins r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives et m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n<h3>Les pardons<\/h3>\n<p>Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a annonc\u00e9 qu&#8217;il accorderait des pardons\u00a0\u00e0 toutes les personnes pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment reconnues coupables de possession de 30 grammes ou moins de cannabis.
