Une annulation est une ordonnance judiciaire qui indique que votre mariage \u00e9tait invalide d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but. Cela signifie qu’aux yeux de la loi, vous et votre conjoint n’avez jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ellement mari\u00e9s. Une annulation est parfois appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9claration de mariage nul de nullit\u00e9 absolue\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0jugement de nullit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Par exemple, vous pourriez obtenir une annulation si votre conjoint \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 mari\u00e9 lorsqu’il vous a \u00e9pous\u00e9, parce qu’il n’avait alors pas le droit de se marier avec vous. Divorce ou annulation<\/h3>\n

Si vous souhaitez vous remarier et que votre conjoint est toujours vivant, vous devez obtenir un divorce ou une annulation du mariage aupr\u00e8s d’un tribunal.<\/p>\n

Une ordonnance de divorce est une ordonnance judiciaire qui met fin \u00e0 un mariage valide.<\/p>\n

La plupart du temps, les demandeurs ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux crit\u00e8res et doivent donc obtenir le divorce<\/a> pour mettre l\u00e9galement fin \u00e0 leur mariage.<\/p>\n

Une annulation co\u00fbte parfois plus cher \u00e0 obtenir qu’un divorce. En effet, les tribunaux disposent d’une proc\u00e9dure particuli\u00e8re pour les divorces lorsque les deux conjoints s’entendent pour mettre fin au mariage<\/a>. Il suffit alors de remplir des documents, et vous n’avez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas \u00e0 faire appel<\/span> au tribunal ni \u00e0 compara\u00eetre devant un juge.
