Le gestionnaire de services<\/u> de votre r\u00e9gion peut vous retirer de sa liste d’attente si vous refusez le logement qu’il vous offre. Il peut aussi vous retirer si vous manquez certaines \u00e9tapes du processus d’acceptation, par exemple, si vous ne vous pr\u00e9sentez pas \u00e0 une visite ou si vous repoussez votre date d’emm\u00e9nagement.<\/p>\n

Si le gestionnaire de services retire votre m\u00e9nage de la liste d’attente, vous devrez faire une nouvelle demande <\/strong>au programme de logement. Cela pourra alors vous prendre de 2 \u00e0 12\u00a0ans, voire plus, avant d’arriver \u00e0 nouveau en haut de la liste d’attente. Le temps d’attente d\u00e9pend de l’endroit o\u00f9 vous vivez et du nombre d’immeubles que vous choisissez.<\/p>\n

Dans de rares cas, m\u00eame si vous refusez le logement offert par le gestionnaire de services, celui-ci pourrait vous garder sur la liste d’attente pour un autre logement.<\/p>\n

Si vous souhaitez que le gestionnaire de services modifie sa d\u00e9cision, vous pouvez lui demander une r\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n

Prestations de logement transf\u00e9rables<\/h3>\n

Une prestation de logement transf\u00e9rable est une subvention locative que vous conservez m\u00eame si vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez ailleurs en Ontario. Le montant de cette prestation peut changer en fonction de l’endroit o\u00f9 vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez.<\/p>\n
