Vous pouvez consulter les <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/changement-de-nom-delai-de-livraison\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9lais<\/a> en ligne. Si votre demande est accept\u00e9e, ServiceOntario vous envoie par la poste un certificat de changement de nom.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates n\u00e9 en Ontario, vous recevrez aussi un nouveau certificat de naissance sur lequel figurera votre nouveau nom officiel. Si vous \u00eates n\u00e9 ailleurs au Canada, ServiceOntario transmettra votre nouveau nom officiel \u00e0 votre province ou \u00e0 votre territoire de naissance. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez demander un nouveau certificat de naissance aupr\u00e8s de cette province ou de ce territoire.<\/p>\n<h3>Genre indiqu\u00e9 sur le certificat de naissance\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates n\u00e9 en Ontario, vous pouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/questions\/human-rights\/comment-modifier-le-genre-qui-est-indique-sur-mon-certificat-de-naissance-de-lontario\/\">demander la modification de votre indicateur de genre sur votre certificat de naissance<\/a>, au moment de faire la demande de changement de nom officiel. Vous pouvez transmettre les deux demandes dans une seule et m\u00eame enveloppe.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi faire modifier l\u2019indicateur de genre sur votre certificat de naissance et d\u2019autres documents d\u2019identit\u00e9, mais sans changer de nom.<\/p>\n<h3>Modification de vos autres documents<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque vous avez obtenu votre certificat de changement de nom, vous devez mettre \u00e0 jour certains documents gouvernementaux.
