Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du <strong>cong\u00e9<\/strong>, vous devez avoir travaill\u00e9 pour votre employeur au moins <strong>13&nbsp;semaines<\/strong> avant la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement. Vous avez droit aux <strong>prestations de l\u2019AE<\/strong> si vos revenus hebdomadaires ont diminu\u00e9 de <strong>plus de 40&nbsp;%<\/strong>.<\/td><td>Maximum de <strong>17&nbsp;semaines<\/strong>. Si vous faites une fausse couche ou donnez naissance \u00e0 un enfant mort-n\u00e9, votre cong\u00e9 peut se prolonger au moins 12 semaines apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Il pourrait donc <strong>d\u00e9passer<\/strong> les 17&nbsp;semaines.<\/td><td>55 % du salaire habituel avant de recevoir l\u2019AE, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un montant maximal. Pour 2026, le montant maximal est de <strong>729 $ par semaine<\/strong>. Maximum de <strong>15&nbsp;semaines<\/strong>.<\/td><td><strong>Vous pouvez au plus t\u00f4t :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>commencer <strong>votre cong\u00e9<\/strong> 17&nbsp;semaines avant la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement ou le jour de la naissance;<\/li>\n<li>obtenir vos <strong>prestations de l\u2019AE<\/strong> 12 semaines avant la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement ou la semaine de la naissance, selon la premi\u00e8re \u00e9ventualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez au plus tard :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>commencer <strong>votre cong\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement ou le jour de la naissance, si le b\u00e9b\u00e9 est pr\u00e9matur\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>obtenir vos <strong>prestations de l\u2019AE<\/strong> 17&nbsp;semaines apr\u00e8s la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement ou la semaine de la naissance, si le b\u00e9b\u00e9 est pr\u00e9matur\u00e9.<strong>*<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de vos 15 semaines de prestations, vous devez faire votre demande au plus tard <strong>une semaine<\/strong> apr\u00e8s la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement ou la naissance.<\/p>\n<\/tr><tr><td><strong>Naissance ou adoption<\/strong><\/td><td>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du <strong>cong\u00e9<\/strong>, vous devez avoir travaill\u00e9 pour votre employeur depuis au moins <strong>13&nbsp;semaines<\/strong>.Vous devez aussi \u00eatre le parent de l\u2019enfant ou&nbsp;:\n<ul>\n<li>entretenir une \u00ab&nbsp;relation d\u2019une certaine permanence&nbsp;\u00bb avec le parent de l\u2019enfant, et<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9voir traiter l\u2019enfant comme s\u2019il s\u2019agissait du v\u00f4tre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous avez droit aux <strong>prestations de l\u2019AE<\/strong> si vos revenus hebdomadaires ont diminu\u00e9 de plus de 40&nbsp;%.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez aussi \u00eatre le parent biologique ou adoptif et une personne consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme parent au titre de la loi.<\/p>\n<\/td><td>Maximum de <strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">61 semaines<\/strong><span>, si vous accouchez. <\/span><span>Maximum de <strong>63 semaines<\/strong> si vous n\u2019accouchez pas.<\/span><\/td><td><strong>Prestations standards:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>55 % du salaire habituel avant de recevoir l\u2019AE, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un montant maximal.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum de <strong>35 semaines<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour 2026, le montant maximal est <strong>729 $ par semaine<\/strong>. Si vous partagez la prestation avec un autre parent, vous pouvez obtenir <strong>5 semaines<\/strong> de plus.
