Annoncez votre d\u00e9cision au propri\u00e9taire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous avez l&#8217;intention de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager \u00e0 la fin du bail, vous devez <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/comment-remettre-un-avis-de-r%C3%A9siliation-dune-location-%C3%A0-terme-fixe\">remettre \u00e0 votre propri\u00e9taire un pr\u00e9avis suffisant<\/a> d&#8217;au moins 60&nbsp;jours avant la date d&#8217;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance. Vous ne pouvez pas tout bonnement vider votre logement \u00e0 la fin du bail.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous partez sans pr\u00e9avis, le propri\u00e9taire pourrait vous faire payer le loyer d&#8217;un ou plusieurs mois apr\u00e8s la fin du bail.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez signer un nouveau bail si vous voulez renouveler la location \u00e0 dur\u00e9e fixe. Assurez-vous toutefois, avant de signer, que les conditions du bail restent les m\u00eames et que le propri\u00e9taire n&#8217;y a pas gliss\u00e9 des changements avec lesquels vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas d&#8217;accord.<\/p>\n<p>Il se peut que votre propri\u00e9taire vous demande de lui retourner le bail sign\u00e9 avant telle ou telle date. Il n&#8217;existe aucune r\u00e8gle l\u00e9gale sur le temps de r\u00e9flexion qu&#8217;il doit vous laisser. S&#8217;il vous annonce que vous devrez d\u00e9m\u00e9nager si vous ne lui retournez pas le bail sign\u00e9 avant la date limite qu&#8217;il vous donne, rappelez-vous que c&#8217;est <strong>faux<\/strong>. Vous \u00eates toujours libre de rester comme locataire au mois.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de rester comme locataire au mois, vous n&#8217;avez rien d&#8217;autre \u00e0 faire. En ne signant pas de nouveau bail et en n&#8217;avisant pas le propri\u00e9taire que vous pr\u00e9voyez d\u00e9m\u00e9nager, vous devenez automatiquement un locataire au mois.
