Vous n&#8217;aurez pas besoin de trouver un nouveau locataire, de sous-louer votre logement ni de c\u00e9der votre location.<\/p>\n<p>Pour toutes ces raisons, devenir locataire au mois est une bonne option si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas certain de rester dans votre logement une autre ann\u00e9e compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>La location au mois est aussi avantageuse si vous devez d\u00e9m\u00e9nager subitement ou si vous n&#8217;avez plus les moyens de payer votre loyer.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas, devenir locataire au mois est <strong>la seule<\/strong> fa\u00e7on pour vous de garder votre logement apr\u00e8s la fin du bail. Votre propri\u00e9taire n&#8217;est pas tenu de vous offrir une nouvelle convention \u00e0 dur\u00e9e fixe, sauf si votre bail l&#8217;exige. Mais la loi dit qu&#8217;il doit vous garder comme locataire \u00e0 moins qu&#8217;il ait une <a href=\"\/fr\/legal-topic\/housing-law\/eviction\">raison l\u00e9galement valable<\/a> de mettre fin \u00e0 votre location.
