Demandez un premier r\u00e9examen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si votre\u00a0bureau des <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/trouvez-votre-sopdi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Services de l\u2019Ontario pour les personnes ayant une d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle<\/a> (SOPDI) vous informe que vous n\u2019\u00eates pas admissible aux services et au soutien, vous pouvez lui demander de revoir sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez faire cette d\u00e9marche dans les 25\u00a0jours ouvrables qui suivent la date indiqu\u00e9e sur la lettre. Si vous souhaitez demander un r\u00e9examen, mais que les 25\u00a0jours sont \u00e9coul\u00e9s, obtenez de l\u2019<a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/arch-contact-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aide juridique<\/a>\u00a0(disponible en anglais seulement).<\/p>\n<p>Conservez la lettre du bureau des SOPDI avec son enveloppe, pour pouvoir prouver quand vous avez re\u00e7u l\u2019avis de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez faire votre demande par \u00e9crit. Dans votre lettre, indiquez<strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre nom et votre adresse;<\/li>\n<li>la date indiqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019avis de d\u00e9cision;<\/li>\n<li>la date \u00e0 laquelle vous avez re\u00e7u l\u2019avis;<\/li>\n<li>la raison pour laquelle vous n\u2019\u00eates pas d\u2019accord avec la d\u00e9cision;<\/li>\n<li>tout renseignement suppl\u00e9mentaire indiquant que vous \u00eates admissible aux services et au soutien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi demander une rencontre pour pouvoir discuter de la d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Signez et datez votre lettre. Conservez-en une copie.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez remettre votre lettre en personne au bureau des SOPDI, ou l\u2019envoyer par t\u00e9l\u00e9copieur ou par la poste. Envoyez-la \u00e0 l\u2019adresse du bureau indiqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019avis de d\u00e9cision que vous avez re\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous remettez votre lettre en personne, demandez un re\u00e7u pour pouvoir prouver quand vous l\u2019avez remise. Si vous l\u2019envoyez par t\u00e9l\u00e9copieur, gardez le relev\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me indiquant la date \u00e0 laquelle la t\u00e9l\u00e9copie a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise. Si vous l\u2019envoyez par la poste, notez la date \u00e0 laquelle vous l\u2019avez post\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le bureau des SOPDI doit vous communiquer une nouvelle d\u00e9cision dans les 15\u00a0jours ouvrables suivant la r\u00e9ception de votre lettre.
