Si l&#8217;entente originale pr\u00e9voit une location \u00e0 terme fixe, pour un an par exemple, vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de rester tout ce temps.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre propri\u00e9taire vous remet finalement un bail standard, vous pouvez choisir de ne pas le signer et informer le propri\u00e9taire que vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez en lui donnant un pr\u00e9avis de 60\u00a0jours, <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/jai-un-contrat-de-location-mensuelle-comment-dois-je-remettre-mon\/\">comme si vous aviez une convention de location mensuelle<\/a>.
