Envisagez le r\u00e8glement amiable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le directeur ou le conseil scolaire pourrait vous recommander un \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8glement amiable\u00a0\u00bb, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire une entente entre vous et le directeur sur la suite des choses.<\/p>\n<p>En voici quelques exemples\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le directeur reconna\u00eet que vous avez un trouble d&#8217;apprentissage qui est \u00e0 la source de l&#8217;incident, et l&#8217;\u00e9cole s&#8217;engage \u00e0 essayer de vous aider au lieu de recommander votre expulsion.<\/li>\n<li>Vous acceptez de participer \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances de counseling sur la ma\u00eetrise de la col\u00e8re pour am\u00e9liorer votre comportement, et le directeur accepte de vous laisser rentrer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole apr\u00e8s votre suspension.<\/li>\n<li>Vous acceptez de changer d&#8217;\u00e9cole, et le directeur accepte de retirer sa recommandation d&#8217;expulsion.<\/li>\n<li>Le directeur accepte de vous laisser rentrer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole, et si votre comportement s&#8217;am\u00e9liore le reste de la session, il enl\u00e8vera la suspension de votre dossier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Votre dossier scolaire<\/h3>\n<p>Les expulsions et suspensions sont inscrites au Dossier scolaire de l&#8217;Ontario (DSO). Les enseignants et administrateurs d&#8217;\u00e9cole qui voient cette note \u00e0 votre dossier pourraient vous traiter diff\u00e9remment. Ce peut donc \u00eatre une bonne id\u00e9e d&#8217;accepter un r\u00e8glement qui permet d&#8217;\u00e9viter cette situation.<\/p>\n<p>Les universit\u00e9s et les coll\u00e8ges du Canada peuvent demander \u00e0 voir vos ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents disciplinaires ou poser des questions \u00e0 ce sujet, mais c&#8217;est rare. Normalement, ils ne v\u00e9rifient que les relev\u00e9s de notes.<\/p>\n<h3>Approbation du r\u00e8glement amiable par les conseillers<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous concluez une entente avec le directeur, vous devez pr\u00e9senter votre proc\u00e8s-verbal de r\u00e8glement amiable aux conseillers scolaires. Si ces derniers approuvent le r\u00e8glement, ils annuleront l&#8217;audience d&#8217;expulsion. Sinon, ils pourraient vous obliger \u00e0 venir \u00e0 l&#8217;audience quand m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<h3>Finalit\u00e9 du r\u00e8glement amiable<\/h3>\n<p>Une fois le r\u00e8glement approuv\u00e9 par les conseillers, il devient d\u00e9finitif. Normalement, il comprend une clause selon laquelle vous promettez de ne pas porter plainte au Tribunal des droits de la personne ni de porter d&#8217;autres actions en justice.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de signer un r\u00e8glement, assurez-vous d&#8217;\u00eatre vraiment d&#8217;accord avec son contenu.
