Entamez le processus du CIPR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seul un comit\u00e9 d&#8217;identification, de placement et de r\u00e9vision (CIPR) peut confirmer officiellement l&#8217;anomalie de votre enfant. Si ce dernier a des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole, c&#8217;est normalement une bonne id\u00e9e de demander l&#8217;avis d&#8217;un CIPR.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9but du processus<\/h3>\n<p>Vous avez le droit de faire \u00e9valuer votre enfant par un CIPR. Si vous en faites la demande, le directeur ne peut pas refuser; il doit entamer le processus.<\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, il suffit d&#8217;envoyer votre demande \u00e9crite au directeur par courrier ou par courriel. Gardez-en une copie.<\/p>\n<p>Le directeur doit ensuite vous fournir, dans les 15&nbsp;jours qui suivent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une r\u00e9ponse \u00e9crite;<\/li>\n<li>une copie du guide des parents expliquant le processus;<\/li>\n<li>la date approximative de la rencontre du CIPR, laquelle peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s proche ou dans quelques semaines, voire plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le directeur peut aussi entamer lui-m\u00eame le processus sans votre permission, ni m\u00eame votre accord, par exemple si l&#8217;enseignant de votre enfant le croit n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<h3>Fournir de l&#8217;information au CIPR<\/h3>\n<p>Les parents et les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 16&nbsp;ans ou plus ont le droit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d&#8217;assister \u00e0 toutes les rencontres et discussions du CIPR;<\/li>\n<li>de fournir au CIPR de l&#8217;information qu&#8217;ils croient utile;<\/li>\n<li>d&#8217;obtenir une copie de tout renseignement \u00e9crit pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au CIPR concernant l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemples d&#8217;information utile&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux de l&#8217;enfant, surtout les diagnostics en lien avec l&#8217;anomalie;<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;avis \u00e9crit d&#8217;un psychologue ou d&#8217;un autre professionnel de la sant\u00e9 sur les services et mesures de soutien n\u00e9cessaires;<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;\u00e9valuation psychop\u00e9dagogique, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire le rapport d&#8217;un psychologue expliquant comment fonctionne le cerveau de l&#8217;enfant, en particulier ce qui est unique ou diff\u00e9rent chez lui, et parfois un diagnostic officiel. Une bonne \u00e9valuation devrait comprendre des recommandations pr\u00e9cises sur les services, les mesures de soutien ou les programmes qui seraient utiles. Puisque ce type de rapport co\u00fbte cher, les conseils scolaires ne couvrent les frais que dans certaines situations. Si votre conseil refuse de couvrir ces frais, vous pouvez faire appel \u00e0 un psychologue au priv\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;avis \u00e9crit d&#8217;autres experts comp\u00e9tents;<\/li>\n<li>vos propres observations ou celles de l&#8217;enfant, d&#8217;un enseignant ou de quelqu&#8217;un d&#8217;autre concernant les services et mesures de soutien qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fonctionn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il arrive que le CIPR veuille parler \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve. Vous pouvez accepter ou refuser.
