Sachez quand et comment se termine l&#8217;OTMC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;ordonnance de traitement en milieu communautaire (OTMC) dure 6&nbsp;mois. Si elle n&#8217;est pas annul\u00e9e avant la fin de cette p\u00e9riode, et si elle pas n&#8217;est renouvel\u00e9e, elle se termine automatiquement.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez demander \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin, \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quel moment avant la fin des 6&nbsp;mois, de r\u00e9\u00e9valuer votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 pour savoir si l&#8217;OTMC est encore n\u00e9cessaire. Si le m\u00e9decin juge que vous n&#8217;en avez plus besoin, il doit l&#8217;annuler.<\/p>\n<h3>Annuler l&#8217;OTMC en refusant de suivre le plan<\/h3>\n<p>Vous pouvez dire \u00e0 tout moment \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin que vous comptez arr\u00eater de suivre le plan de traitement. Le m\u00e9decin devra alors \u00e9valuer votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 dans les 72&nbsp;heures pour d\u00e9terminer si vous avez encore besoin de l&#8217;OTMC. Il doit vous examiner avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez laisser votre m\u00e9decin vous examiner. Sinon, le m\u00e9decin peut demander \u00e0 la police de vous y forcer. La police aura alors 30&nbsp;jours pour vous trouver et vous amener \u00e0 votre examen.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, le m\u00e9decin peut&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>annuler votre OTMC et vous laisser rentrer chez vous;<\/li>\n<li>vous donner une nouvelle OTMC et vous proposer un nouveau plan;<\/li>\n<li>annuler votre OTMC et signer la Formule&nbsp;1 pour vous obliger \u00e0 recevoir votre traitement en \u00e9tablissement psychiatrique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Renouveler une OTMC<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous voulez garder votre OTMC apr\u00e8s 6&nbsp;mois, votre m\u00e9decin peut la renouveler.
