Votre contrat <strong>doit vous indiquer<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les limites applicables aux minutes de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, aux textos et aux donn\u00e9es, et les frais \u00e0 payer si vous d\u00e9passez ces limites;<\/li>\n<li>le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, vos frais d&#8217;annulation et la m\u00e9thode de calcul de ces frais;<\/li>\n<li>vos paiements mensuels minimums;<\/li>\n<li>les autres frais pouvant s&#8217;appliquer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Votre contrat doit \u00eatre \u00e9crit dans un <strong>langage simple<\/strong>\u00a0: facile \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 comprendre.
