Si vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez, vous pouvez utiliser son <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/changement-d-adresse-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">outil<\/a> de changement d\u2019adresse pour lui indiquer vos nouvelles coordonn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Quand renouveler ou remplacer une carte de RP<\/h3>\n<p>Vous ne perdez pas votre statut de r\u00e9sident permanent si votre carte est perdue, vol\u00e9e ou expir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates au Canada, vous pouvez demander une nouvelle carte si\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre carte est expir\u00e9e ou expirera dans moins de 9\u00a0mois;<\/li>\n<li>votre carte est perdue, vol\u00e9e ou endommag\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li>vous avez chang\u00e9 de nom et pr\u00e9nom officiels, donc avez besoin d\u2019une carte refl\u00e9tant cette information;<\/li>\n<li>vous voulez changer le genre indiqu\u00e9 sur votre carte;<\/li>\n<li>IRCC a fait une erreur sur la carte que vous avez re\u00e7ue il y a <strong>plus<\/strong> de 60\u00a0jours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi demander une carte de RP si vous \u00eates au Canada et que\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous n\u2019avez jamais re\u00e7u de carte, et<\/li>\n<li>vous \u00eates r\u00e9sident permanent depuis au moins 180\u00a0jours (environ 6\u00a0mois).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Erreurs<\/h4>\n<p>Si la carte que vous avez re\u00e7ue d\u2019IRCC il y a <strong>moins<\/strong> de 60\u00a0jours contient une erreur, vous pouvez demander la <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/guide-5530-demande-de-reemettre-une-carte-de-resident-permanent-carte-rp-imm-5530\/\" target=\"_blank\">r\u00e9\u00e9mission<\/a> d\u2019une carte gratuitement au moyen d\u2019un processus distinct. Si la m\u00eame erreur figure dans votre confirmation de r\u00e9sidence permanente (CDRP), vous devez d\u2019abord faire modifier ce document. Ensuite, vous pourrez, dans les 60\u00a0jours de la r\u00e9ception de la CDRP corrig\u00e9e, demander \u00e0 IRCC d\u2019\u00e9mettre votre nouvelle carte de RP.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019erreur est attribuable \u00e0 une faute de <strong>votre<\/strong> part dans la demande, vous devez obtenir des <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/immigration\/ou-puis-je-obtenir-des-conseils-juridiques-pour-un-statut\/\">conseils juridiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Planifier votre voyage<\/h3>\n<p>Vous devez \u00eatre au Canada lorsque vous demandez une carte de RP et y rester jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9ception du document.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important d\u2019avoir une carte de RP valide si vous pr\u00e9voyez un s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, donc v\u00e9rifiez la date d\u2019expiration de la v\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n<h4>Si votre carte expire lorsque vous \u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger<\/h4>\n<p>Si votre carte de RP expire lorsque vous \u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, vous ne pourrez pas utiliser les services d\u2019un transporteur commercial (avion, train, autobus ou bateau) pour revenir au pays, parce que ces entit\u00e9s exigent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une carte de RP pour les d\u00e9placements vers le Canada. Quand vous arriverez au pays, vous devrez prouver votre statut de r\u00e9sident permanent \u00e0 l\u2019Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC).<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez demander un titre de voyage pour RP. Ce document prouve votre statut de r\u00e9sident permanent \u00e0 votre retour au Canada. Une fois au pays, vous pourrez demander l\u2019\u00e9mission d\u2019une nouvelle carte de RP.<\/p>\n<h3>Arriv\u00e9e en voiture des <u>\u00c9tats-Unis<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Vous pourriez \u00eatre autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 entrer au Canada <strong>sans<\/strong> carte de RP ou titre de voyage pour RP si\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous arrivez en v\u00e9hicule priv\u00e9 des \u00c9tats-Unis, et<\/li>\n<li>vous avez <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/documents-de-voyage-et-les-exigences-en-mati-re-d-identification\/\" target=\"_blank\">d\u2019autres documents<\/a> <span>\u00e0 pr\u00e9senter aux autorit\u00e9s frontali\u00e8res pour prouver votre statut.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant de vous pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re, assurez-vous de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019exigence de r\u00e9sidence.
