Si c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que vous demandez un examen des risques avant renvoi (ERAR), vous devez attendre qu\u2019un agent de l\u2019Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) vous donne le formulaire de demande.<\/p>\n

Si vous pr\u00e9sentez cette premi\u00e8re demande d\u2019ERAR<\/a> maximum 15\u00a0jours<\/strong> apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u le formulaire, la mesure de renvoi sera suspendue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la d\u00e9cision soit rendue concernant votre ERAR. Cela s\u2019appelle un \u00ab\u00a0sursis \u00e0 la mesure de renvoi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
