Cultivez votre propre cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour cultiver votre propre cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique, il faut habiter au Canada et avoir plus de 18\u00a0ans.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, vous devez remplir le <a class=\"links-link ext\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/production-des-fins-m-dicales-personnelles-et-production-par-une-personne-d-sign-e-formulaire-d-inscription-sant-canada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formulaire d&#8217;inscription<\/a> de Sant\u00e9 Canada et l&#8217;envoyer avec l&#8217;original de votre document m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce formulaire, on vous demande\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre nom et votre date de naissance;<\/li>\n<li>votre adresse et l&#8217;adresse du lieu o\u00f9 vous voulez cultiver et entreposer votre cannabis;<\/li>\n<li>si vous cultiverez votre cannabis \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur ou \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, ou les deux;<\/li>\n<li>si le propri\u00e9taire du lieu o\u00f9 vous voulez le cultiver (si ce n&#8217;est pas vous) vous a donn\u00e9 son autorisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous devez aussi promettre de garder le cannabis en lieu s\u00fbr et de ne pas le cultiver pr\u00e8s d&#8217;une \u00e9cole, d&#8217;un terrain de jeu ou d&#8217;un autre lieu public fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 par des enfants ou des jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable, dans les dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de certaines infractions en lien avec la drogue, comme l&#8217;importation et l&#8217;exportation de cannabis, on pourrait vous interdire de cultiver votre propre cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9signer une personne qui produira du cannabis pour vous<\/h3>\n<p>Vous pourriez avoir le droit de choisir une personne pour qu&#8217;elle cultive et produise votre cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique pour vous. Cette personne sera autoris\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>arroser vos plantes;<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9colter vos plantes;<\/li>\n<li>fabriquer des produits du cannabis pour vous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elle aura aussi le droit d&#8217;entreposer le cannabis pour vous, ou de vous l&#8217;apporter, de vous l&#8217;envoyer ou de vous le livrer.<\/p>\n<h3>Avoir acc\u00e8s aux graines et aux plantes<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s vous \u00eatre inscrit aupr\u00e8s de Sant\u00e9 Canada, vous recevrez un certificat d&#8217;inscription et un document de Sant\u00e9 Canada indiquant ce que vous avez le droit de faire. Vous pourrez vous servir de votre certificat d&#8217;inscription pour acheter des graines et des plantes \u00e0 un <a class=\"links-link ext\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/cultivateurs-transformateurs-et-vendeurs-de-cannabis-autoris-s-en-vertu-de-la-loi-sur-le-cannabis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">producteur autoris\u00e9 par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 maximale de graines et de plantes que vous avez le droit d&#8217;acheter sera indiqu\u00e9e dans votre document m\u00e9dical. Toutefois, vous pourrez acheter cette quantit\u00e9 autant de fois que vous le voudrez.
