Si vous payez votre propre \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de votre loyer, votre propri\u00e9taire ne peut pas vous facturer de suppl\u00e9ment pour utiliser un climatiseur, car cela ne lui co\u00fbte rien.<\/p>\n

Mais si l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est incluse dans votre loyer, votre propri\u00e9taire pourrait vous dire que vous devez payer un suppl\u00e9ment pour utiliser un climatiseur dans votre logement. Les propri\u00e9taires disent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cela parce que les climatiseurs peuvent consommer beaucoup d’\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n

Si votre bail ou convention de location<\/a> n’indique rien pour les climatiseurs, votre propri\u00e9taire ne peut pas vous facturer de suppl\u00e9ment pour l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e par un climatiseur.<\/p>\n
