Sachez ce qu&#8217;est la d\u00e9judiciarisation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une fois que votre affaire est port\u00e9e devant le tribunal, la Couronne dispose de diff\u00e9rentes options.<\/p>\n<p>La Couronne peut vous proposer\u00a0de participer \u00e0 un\u00a0programme de d\u00e9judiciarisation.\u00a0La \u00ab d\u00e9judiciarisation\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0est un moyen de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des accusations criminelles de fa\u00e7on informelle, en dehors du tribunal. Avec ce processus, vous n&#8217;avez pas \u00e0 subir de\u00a0proc\u00e8s\u00a0ou \u00e0\u00a0plaider coupable\u00a0: vous pouvez r\u00e9pondre de vos actes sans passer par des proc\u00e9dures judiciaires officielles.
