Il n&#8217;y a pas d&#8217;audience. Le juge de la Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale se base uniquement sur vos arguments \u00e9crits et ceux du d\u00e9fendeur pour d\u00e9cider si votre dossier est assez solide pour accepter votre demande.
