Qui peut \u00eatre un enfant \u00ab\u00a0directement touch\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb?<\/h3>\n

Un enfant directement touch\u00e9 peut \u00eatre\u00a0:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • votre propre enfant, quel que soit l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9 ou son lieu de r\u00e9sidence actuel (il pourrait vivre au Canada ou ailleurs);<\/li>\n
  • un enfant qui vit au Canada et qui n\u2019est pas le v\u00f4tre, mais avec qui vous avez un lien \u00e9troit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Dans certains cas, ce pourrait \u00eatre une personne de 18\u00a0ans ou plus, par exemple un enfant devenu adulte qui ne peut pas vivre de fa\u00e7on autonome en raison d\u2019un handicap.<\/p>\n

    De quoi d\u00e9pend l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019un enfant?<\/h3>\n

    L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019un enfant peut d\u00e9pendre de plusieurs facteurs, comme la relation que vous avez avec lui et celle qu\u2019il a avec d\u2019autres personnes au Canada, mais aussi\u00a0:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • son \u00e2ge;<\/li>\n
    • le temps qu\u2019il a pass\u00e9 au Canada;<\/li>\n
    • les liens qu\u2019il a au pays o\u00f9 vous seriez renvoy\u00e9;<\/li>\n
    • les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 qu\u2019il a ou ses besoins en lien avec son handicap;<\/li>\n
    • les cons\u00e9quences de votre renvoi sur son \u00e9ducation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Il y a aussi des facteurs en lien avec son genre, par exemple les coutumes que les filles et les femmes doivent suivre dans votre pays.<\/p>\n

      IRCC doit bien tenir compte de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de tout enfant directement touch\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer si les raisons fournies dans la demande pour CH sont assez solides. Certaines choses peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences bien plus grandes sur un enfant que sur un adulte si son d\u00e9veloppement et son avenir sont en jeu.
