Quand vous \u00eates en probation, vous devez respecter certaines conditions.<\/p>\n<p>En voici des exemples\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obligation de rester dans la province;<\/li>\n<li>obligation d\u2019informer l\u2019agent de probation de tout changement dans votre situation de travail ou de tout changement d\u2019adresse;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"no-glossary\">interdiction<\/span> de communiquer avec certaines personnes;<\/li>\n<li>interdiction d\u2019aller \u00e0 certains endroits;<\/li>\n<li>obligation de vous pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la police \u00e0 certains moments;<\/li>\n<li>interdiction d\u2019avoir des armes en votre possession;<\/li>\n<li>interdiction d\u2019avoir des m\u00e9dicaments en votre possession, sauf s\u2019il y a une prescription valide \u00e0 votre nom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous ne respectez pas les conditions de votre probation, vous pouvez \u00eatre accus\u00e9 de <span class=\"glossary\" term=\"1180124\">d\u00e9faut de vous conformer \u00e0 l\u2019ordonnance<\/span> de probation; c\u2019est une infraction criminelle.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates reconnu coupable d\u2019un nouveau <span class=\"no-glossary\">crime<\/span> durant votre probation, notamment du d\u00e9faut de vous conformer \u00e0 l\u2019ordonnance de probation, le tribunal pourra r\u00e9voquer votre absolution.
