Le tribunal vous avisera par \u00e9crit si votre demande est refus\u00e9e ou s\u2019il y a un probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si votre demande est approuv\u00e9e, vous recevrez le certificat de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que vous avez envoy\u00e9 votre demande. Par exemple, si vous l\u2019avez envoy\u00e9e par la poste, vous recevrez votre certificat par la poste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la proc\u00e9dure habituelle, vous obtiendrez un certificat de nomination comme fiduciaire de la succession. Ce certificat confirme votre droit de g\u00e9rer la<span> succession<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la proc\u00e9dure des petites successions, vous obtiendrez un certificat de petite succession qui indiquera tous les actifs que vous avez le droit de g\u00e9rer.
