Par exemple, un avocat ou un parajuriste peut vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9cider :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ce que vous direz \u00e0 votre employeur;<\/li>\n<li>ce que vous demanderez \u00e0 votre employeur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il ou elle peut \u00e9galement parler \u00e0 votre employeur des diff\u00e9rentes solutions possibles.<\/p>\n<h3>Quoi dire \u00e0 votre employeur<\/h3>\n<p>Dites \u00e0 votre employeur pourquoi vous devez vous occuper d&#8217;un membre de votre famille. Expliquez -lui pourquoi vous ne pouvez pas respecter telle ou telle r\u00e8gle au travail ou accomplir toutes vos t\u00e2ches. Demandez-lui des mesures d&#8217;adaptation.<\/p>\n<h3>Fournir des preuves<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sentez les autres options que vous avez essay\u00e9es ou envisag\u00e9es pour vous occuper de votre proche et expliquez pourquoi ces options ne fonctionnent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Votre employeur devrait arranger une rencontre avec vous pour discuter de vos besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre proche\u00a0a\u00a0un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, fournissez \u00e0 votre employeur de l&#8217;information \u00e0 ce sujet pour appuyer votre demande d&#8217;adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Votre employeur n&#8217;a <strong>pas<\/strong> le droit de conna\u00eetre le probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 de la personne ou le traitement qu&#8217;elle re\u00e7oit.
