Obtenez une lettre de consentement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&#8217;obtenir une lettre de consentement dans laquelle votre partenaire vous autorise \u00e0 partir en voyage avec votre enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Au Canada, il n&#8217;y a pas de loi vous obligeant \u00e0 transporter une lettre de consentement lorsque vous voyagez avec votre enfant. Toutefois, les autorit\u00e9s de l&#8217;immigration de pays \u00e9trangers, les agents de bord et les autorit\u00e9s frontali\u00e8res canadiennes pourraient vous en demander une. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de lettre, votre voyage pourrait \u00eatre retard\u00e9, et on pourrait vous interdire d&#8217;entrer dans un pays ou d&#8217;en sortir.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement du Canada recommande vivement que tous les enfants voyageant avec un seul parent, un autre membre de leur famille, des amis ou un groupe aient une lettre de consentement en main. On trouve un <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/mod-le-de-lettre-de-consentement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mod\u00e8le de lettre de consentement<\/a> sur son site Web.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&#8217;il n&#8217;existe pas de r\u00e8gles quant au contenu de la lettre, elle doit \u00eatre aussi d\u00e9taill\u00e9e que possible et indiquer notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le nom complet de votre enfant;<\/li>\n<li>son num\u00e9ro de passeport;<\/li>\n<li>sa date de naissance;<\/li>\n<li>les dates de votre voyage;<\/li>\n<li>vos destinations;<\/li>\n<li>vos coordonn\u00e9es durant le voyage;<\/li>\n<li>votre nom complet;<\/li>\n<li>votre num\u00e9ro de passeport;<\/li>\n<li>votre\u00a0lien avec l&#8217;enfant;<\/li>\n<li>le nom complet de votre partenaire;<\/li>\n<li>les coordonn\u00e9es de votre partenaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable, mais non obligatoire, que votre partenaire signe cette lettre devant un notaire.
