Par exemple, chaque fois que vous recevez un paiement, produisez un re\u00e7u sign\u00e9 et dat\u00e9 pour votre partenaire, et conservez-en une copie.<\/p>\n<h3>Imp\u00f4t sur les pensions alimentaires<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous recevez des pensions alimentaires du conjoint aux termes d&#8217;un accord de s\u00e9paration ou d&#8217;une ordonnance judiciaire, vous devez <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/family-law\/comment-les-pensions-alimentaires-du-conjoint-sont-elles-impos\u00e9es\/\">payer de l&#8217;imp\u00f4t sur les pensions alimentaires per\u00e7ues<\/a>. Les paiements mensuels de pensions alimentaires sont d\u00e9ductibles d&#8217;imp\u00f4t pour votre partenaire.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous recevez les pensions alimentaires sous forme de paiement forfaitaire unique, vous ne payez pas d&#8217;imp\u00f4t, et votre partenaire ne peut demander de d\u00e9duction fiscale.<\/p>\n<h3>Votre partenaire ne paie pas les pensions alimentaires \u00e0 temps<\/h3>\n<p>Si votre partenaire omet des paiements, le Bureau des obligations familiales (BOF) <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/family-law\/comment-les-pensions-alimentaires-du-conjoint-sont-elles-impos\u00e9es\/\">peut vous aider<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/fr\/resource\/family-responsibility-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BOF<\/a> est un organisme gouvernemental qui re\u00e7oit les pensions alimentaires directement du payeur, en consigne les montants et les verse \u00e0 la personne qui y a droit.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez une ordonnance judiciaire, le tribunal l&#8217;envoie syst\u00e9matiquement au BOF pour qu&#8217;il la fasse respecter.
